PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove a clogged object in the inside of or the a bent piping by extending a tension wire in response to an external force, and making a warping deformation of a hollow pipe possible. SOLUTION: The destal end of a tension wire 18 is fixed to a closing plate, and also, the rear end of the tension wire 18 which goes through a closing plate 17 on the rear side is fixed to a sliding piece 20. A compression coil spring 19 is inserted between the closing plate 17 on the rear side and the sliding piece 20, always imparts a tensile force to the tension wire 18, and even when a hollow pipe 11 is horizontally set, the horizontal state is kept without warping. In the meantime, when the hollow pipe 11 is entered to the inside of a bent pipe or the like, the hollow pipe tries to bend when receiving an external force from the inner peripheral surface of the piping. Since the hollow pipe 11 is formed into a spiral shape, the sliding piece moves forward while compressing the compression coil spring 19 by the tensile force of the tension wire 18, and the tension wire 18 extends by that portion, and the bending of the hollow pipe 11 becomes possible, and a clogged object can be removed.
