<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable inclined face machining by providing a return adapter consisting of first/second reflection mirrors to reflect a laser beam, a torch drive mechanism and a cylindrical body and a contact type positioning mechanism turning around a torch turning axis to the tip of a machining torch provided with a beam collection lens to collect a laser beam returned with the adapter. SOLUTION: A contact type positioning mechanism 25 is provided at the tip of a contact type machining torch 24 so as to turn around a machining torch axis 31. When inclining the torch 24 with a torch drive mechanism 28, the contact type positioning mechanism 25 and the torch 24 are inclined around the machining torch turning axis 31 and the torch 24 is kept in the state that the torch is brought into contact with a work W. The distanceαbetween a beam collecting position of a laser beam and the work W is roughly zero, the beam is collected to an optimum position and a good inclined cut face CS is machined. The torch 24 is preferably made freely turnable for a cylindrical body.</p> |
