AIR CONDITIONER FOR ISOLATED ROOM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner for conditioning air of both an isolated room and other rooms in one building by preventing air in the isolated room from flowing into other room. SOLUTION: Conditioned air is supplied from one air conditioning unit 20 to a plurality of rooms 22, 28. Return air passage 32 of a specified room 22 to be isolated among the plurality of rooms is separated from the return air passage 30 of other rooms. The return air passage 32 of the room 22 to be isolated is provided with a forced exhausting means 36 so that a reduced pressure can be sustained in the room to be isolated. The return air passage 32 is also provided with an HEPA filter 38 for purifying the return air from isolated room 22.
