PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the flatness of a film and prevent the film from bending and tearing even when the film is made thin so as to be wound around a cylinder roll. SOLUTION: This method is equipped with a matrix separation treating process (No.101) for forming a matrix separation treating layer 215 on a matrix 50, a first electroforming process (No.102) for electroforming a mold layer 211 from the matrix, a reinforcing layer separation treating process (No.103) for forming a reinforcing layer separation treating layer 213 on the rear surface of the mold layer 211, a second electroforming process (No.104) for forming a reinforcing layer 212 through a bonding layer 214 outside its effective size on the reinforcing layer separation treating layer 214, a releasing process (No.105) for releasing the mold layer 211 and the reinforcing layer 212 from the matrix 50, a cutting process (No.106) for cutting the mold layer 211 and the reinforcing layer 212 after the releasing process to an effective size, and a separating process (No.107) for separating the mold layer 211 from the reinforcing layer 212.
