PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition having a long pot life and a high curing rate by including a vinyl ether group-containing photocationic polymerizable compound, a photocationic polymerization initiator and a weakly basic substance. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by including (A) a photocationic polymerizable compound having at least one vinyl ether group in one molecule (e.g. ethylene glycol monovinyl ether), (B) a photocationic polymerization initiator (e.g. a phenyldiazonium salt of boron tetrafluoride) and (C) a weakly basic substance containing preferably at least one ether bond and/or at least one thioether bond (e.g. butyl ether). In the above composition, the amounts of the contained components based on 100 pts.wt. of the component A are preferably 0.001-50 pts.wt. of the component B and 0.001-1,000 pts.wt. of the component C. The above composition is preferably photosensitized with light containing a wavelength component of 300-800 nm.
