PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store a miniaturized BGA of low profile with sufficient holding force and mounting efficiently by providing a plurality of storage parts to store the BGA, and providing a curved inner surface of a side wall of a storage part so that electronic parts are stored in the storage part without any play. SOLUTION: In a basic structure of a carrier tape 1, a plurality of storage parts 4 and perforations 3 are provided in a base material 2 consisting of a synthetic resin film or sheet. In such a carrier tape, the inner surface of a side wall 5 of the storage part is curved, and an end face of an electric parts (BGA) 8 having a solder ball terminal part is supported by the curved surface. Even when the solder ball terminal part 81 of the BGA 8 is brought into contact with an inner bottom surface 6 of the storage part, the BGA 8 is free from any play during the storage or carriage by such a supporting structure, and the BGA is prevented from being damaged or polluted. In addition, the BGA 8 can be held with the solder ball terminal part 81 in a floating condition, being ready for further miniaturization and lower profile of the BGA.
