PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag in which its manufacturing is easily carried out, its cost is low, a superior durability is attained and a discharging of a full amount of stored liquid can be carried out. SOLUTION: A bag body 2 is constituted such that two rectangular body sheets 3, 3 made of soft synthetic resin are overlapped to each other and connected to form an integral assembly at their circumferential edges. A non- connected portion is left at a part of an upper end connecting portion 2a of the bag body to form a pipe fixing port 4 communicated between an inside part and an outside part. Then, a feeding or discharging pipe 5 is inserted into the pipe fixing port 4 with its one end 5a being protruded into an inner space of the bag body 2 and it is connected in a liquid-tight state.
