PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the troublesome refilling work of refilling paper-like matter from a pouch to a predetermined container, and avoid the touch of fouled hand thereto at that time. SOLUTION: A raised wall 3 is set up from the rear end of a base plate 2 for placing a paper-like matter-containing pouch 1 in such a manner as to be conformed with the height of the pouch, and also a pouch pressing plate 4 being slightly smaller than the upper surface of the pouch is provided on the upside of the base plate, thereby permitting the rear end of the pouch pressing plate 4 and the upper end of the raised wall 3 to be detachably joined in fitted relation. A taking out opening is made at the intermediate part of the pouch pressing plate 4, and a lid body 6 is fitted openably in the taking out opening; subsequently, the pouch 1 is placed on the base plate 2, and the pouch pressing plate 4 is inserted in a flat pocket formed by being opened backward at the crest of the pouch 1, thus allowing the taking out opening and lid body to correspond to a window and slit defined at each central part of the upper piece 8 and lower piece of the pocket.
