PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet, reduced in bad affection to an atmosphere, excellent in bending workability such as V-cut work, lapping work and the like, as well as three-dimensional forming property such as vacuum forming or the like, and further, prominent in resistance to scratching. SOLUTION: A decorative sheet is constituted of a soft polyolefin base resin layer 2 consisting of a polyolefin base resin, obtained by adding a low crystalline polypropylene resin, having 40% or more of isotactic index (boiling decane soluble residue) or a soft rubber constituent on a substrate sheet 1, consisting of a thermoplastic resin, and a high crystalline polypropylene base resin layer 3, having the principal constituent of a high crystalline polypropylene resin having 90% or more of an isotactic index (boiling decane soluble residue), which are laminated at least in this order.
