PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the memory capacity occupied by massages, as well as to reduce the load of a designer, by making it unnecessary to make the exclusive massage for each abnormality. SOLUTION: The massage in the abnormality generating condition is divided into an abnormal element massage area 100 to memorize the names of the composing elements and the abnormal contents of the operating apparatuses and the confirming apparatuses attached to the composing elements, and a common apparatus name memorizing area 200 to memorize the common apparatus name naming generally the operating apparatuses and the confirming apparatuses attached to the composing elements. When an abnormal condition is generated, the abnormal condition is reported by combining the above abnormal element massage area 100, an abnormal element massage, and the above common apparatus name memorizing area 200.
