PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a retainer block and to facilitate the assembly and exchange of a cam plate by situating below a punch set block consisting by setting a flanged punch, providing a compression spring projecting in the rear of the punch and making the arrangement of the punch and compression spring into a planar triangular shape. SOLUTION: When the cam plate 3a advances with an air cylinder A, the flanged punch 7 is projected by an amount equivalent to a stroke from the bottom surface of the retainer block 1 and, when the cam plate 3a is retreated, the flanged punch 7 is retracted in the retainer block 1 by the amount equivarent to the stroke. In this device, two compression springs 5 are situated below the punch set block 2 and two compression springs 5 in the rear of the flanged punch 7 are projected, and the flanged punch 7 and compression springs 5 are arranged into a planar triangular shape. Then, the cam plate is easily attached and detached to an arm pieces without necessitating four compression springs. By changing the thickness of the cam plate, the stroke length of the punch can be set freely.
