PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge water in the same state as a hose by providing a discharge pipe formed by cutting a pipe aslant on the head of a cylindrical body, fitting a soft, thin, waterproof cylindrical film packing in the cut end projecting from the minor axis part thereof, and fitting a sealing plate with turning arms to the cut end. SOLUTION: A body 1 is formed of a cylindrical pipe having about the same diameter as the bore of a hose, and it is provided with a hose inserting pipe 12 on which a city water hose can be fitted. At the head of the body 1, a discharge port 2 is formed aslant, and a soft, thin, waterproof cylindrical film packing 3 is fitted in the in the discharge pipe 12 projecting from the minor axis part of the cut end thereof. To a supporting axis 5 installed in the lower part of the body 1, a sealing plate 7 is rotatably fitted by turning arms 6a, 6b thereof. Arms 6a and 6b and the sealing plate 7 are integrally formed so that an angle when the sealing plate 7 is relatively closely adhered to the cut end of the discharge pipe 2 is held. In this way, discharge can be made in the same state as a hose, and gentle water sprinkling, and storing water in a bucket can be performed.
