PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce resin-coated fine particles in a short time by a simple apparatus and operation by vaporizing resin materials, condensing the resultant vapors on the surfaces of fine particles, and polymerizing the condensed vapors to form a resin layer on the surfaces. SOLUTION: Satd, vapors of monomers A and B are produced by causing the monomers to adhere to porous wall sections 32a of vapor-forming boxes 32 in the respective vapor supply sections 30a, 30b and heating the vapor supply sections 30a, 30b with the respective heating apparatuses 33 to bring the inside of the vapor-forming boxes 32 to a set temp. After the treating space section 41 of a mixing section 40 is adjusted to a set temp., the satd. vapors of monomers A and B and fine core particles are introduced into the mixing section 40 and are mixed in the treating space section 41. Each of the satd. vapors of monomers A and B are brought into contact with the fine core particles 1 and begin to condense around the particles 1. The condensation is accelerated by cooling at a slow-cooling section 42, and the condensed monomers A and B polymerize to form a resin to coat the particles, thus giving the resin-coated fine particles.
