PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical liquid treatment and transportation apparatus capable of treating a liquid and easily and quickly transporting the liquid. SOLUTION: A liquid treatment apparatus 4 passes and treats a liquid L forcibly sent from a liquid suction inlet 19 to a liquid discharge outlet 28. An upstream side three-way cock 23 and a downstream side three-way cock 24 are installed in the upstream side and the downstream side, respectively, of the liquid treatment apparatus 4. Those two tree-way cocks 23, 24 are made to communicate with each other. Consequently, the liquid L can be passed through or bypass the liquid treatment apparatus 4 selectively by simultaneously switching those two tree-way cocks 23, 24.
