PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable freely automatically controlling opening/closing and an opening degree by receiving rotation force of an opening/closing DC motor of any one of a hulls feeding shutter, an unpolished rice discharging shutter or a mixed rice feeding shutter, changing a resistance value by a variable resistor according to the rotation angle thereof, and controlling the shutter opening by it. SOLUTION: When the output of a shutter opening degree control means S is inputted to an attenuating means T, a correlative map of the opening degree of a shutter V and a voltage value is used to obtain a voltage corresponding to the opening degree. That result is inputted to a DC motor U to rotate the DC motor U and to open/close-operate the shutter V. Further, the rotation of the DC motor U is sent to a variable resistor G in a volume circuit E to change its resistance value. By this way, an output voltage from the volume circuit E is changed and is inputted to the attenuating means T to be feedback- controlled. Thus, the shutter V can be automatically controlled.
