PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a function for training balancing sense in addition to the functions for increasing muscular strength and quickening the circulation of blood in an exercise equipment and a health equipment such as a dumbbell or the like by forming holes on both ends of a bottom surface of a case, placing a ball on a center of the bottom surface of the case, and mounting grips at the both ends of the case. SOLUTION: A ball 3 is placed on a central part of a bottom surface of a case 1, and moved when a horizontal state or the case 1 is lost to be dropped in one of the holes 2 formed on both ends of the bottom surface of the case 1. A person holds the grips 4 by both hands in such manner that the ball 3 is not dropped, whereby the balancing sense can be trained. On this occasion, the muscular strength can be increased and the circulation of the blood can be quickened by making the grips 4 heavier, and throwing an equipment up and down and left and right. A stand 5 is utilized in the up and down exercise in a state that the grips 4 are placed on both ankles of a body, and in the stopped sustaining exercise in the up state. Further, the case 1 is made of a transparent material, so that the movement of the ball 3 can be easily confirmed. The balancing sense can be trained in addition to the increase in the muscular strength and the quickening of the circulation of the blood.
