PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily convey/move a tank separated from a building part and to easily perform washing within the tank by providing a means for freely attachably/detachably separating the building part and the tank part storing raw sewage and preventing overflow of raw sewage from the tank at the time of oscillation during transportation. SOLUTION: A rib is formed over the entire periphery at a lower edge of an outer wall 2c of a building 2 provided with a door 2a and the building 2 is installed on a tank 3 so as to be freely separatable. At this time, a raw sewage feed port 4 installed on an upper surface of the tank 3 is made an open state by opening a cover 4 and a toilet stool 1 installed on a floor plate 2c of the building 2 is located on the upper side. At a lower edge of the outer wall 2c, a plurality of end faces 2e formed on a joint part by draft are formed among four side surfaces of the tank 3. By engaging an integrally provided fastening tool 5 of a seat belt band 5a tightened with these end faces 2e to a bracket 5b provided on a flange part 3a on a lower surface of the tank 3, both of the toilet stool 1 and the building 2 are integrated.
