PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heat an egg by circulation and convection of heated water and to prevent rapture of the egg when the egg is boiled by storing a shield basket which is made of metal so as to shield a high frequency and is capable of containing at least an egg within a container into which water is filled. SOLUTION: When boiled eggs are made by using a microwave oven, an arbitrary number of eggs are stored in a basket main body part C10 from which a basket cover C20 of a shield basket C1 is removed. In this case sufficient space is provided around each egg and convection of water P can be sufficiently performed around each egg. Subsequently, after the basket main body C10 is covered with the basket cover part C20, water P is filled up to about eight-tenths within a container body B10 in which the basket main body part C10 is put and the container body B10 is sealed by a container cover part B20. When a container B 1 set in this way is put in a microwave over and an operation is started, the eggs are heated by circulation and convection of heated water, and shortening of boiling time and power saving can be realized.
