<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower the temperature of an exhaust gas at high temperature by mixing air for cooling with the exhaust gas and simultaneously supplying a cleaning agent of an alkaline substance made porous before the exhaust gas is introduced into a cleaning apparatus. SOLUTION: A supply part 40 for supplying air for cooling and an exhaust gas cleaning agent is formed in a discharge pipe 37 through which an exhaust gas is introduced into a cleaning apparatus 38, the temperature of the exhaust gas is lowered by mixing air for cooling with the exhaust gas in the supply part 40, and at the same time the exhaust gas cleaning agent, which is an alkaline substance made porous and has excellent reaction efficiency, is added to the exhaust gas to decompose harmful components in the exhaust gas or efficiently cause reactions of the harmful components with the cleaning agent in high temperature condition in which the components and agent are activated and consequently, possibility of re-synthesis can be eliminated.</p> |
