<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scientific manufacturing method of a golf club capable of setting a specification of a shaft and a head before the actual combination thereof by combining the shaft and the head respectively selected from a shaft data file and a head data file, and repeating the computing for obtaining the natural frequency. SOLUTION: The distribution of a longitudinal flexural rigidity and that of mass of a plurality of existing shafts 111 are measured to make a data file. Similarly, the mass and the position of the center of gravity of a plurality of existing heads 112 are measured to make another data file. On the other hand, the natural frequency required for a golf club manufactured by combining the shaft 111 and the head 112 is inputted. The shaft 111 and the head 112 respectively selected from these data files, are combined, the computing for obtaining its natural frequency is repeated, and the shaft 111 and the head 112 are determined as the use materials when the computed natural frequency is agreed with an allowable value of the inputted required specification.</p> |
