摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an excess pressure rise of a driving chamber into which a working fluid is discharged caused by a discharge pressure drop if a variable capacity compressor is used without insufficiency of a heating capability, by discharging the fluid in a hot gas bypass heater circuit at the time of heating to a cooler circuit in the conditioner having the heater circuit. SOLUTION: The air conditioner comprises a compressor, a cooler circuit, a hater circuit and a driving chamber pressure reducing means 185. The compressor has a driving chamber 110, a suction unit 116, a discharge unit, a first passage for opening a discharge capacity altering valve to communicate the discharge unit with the chamber 110, a second passage for communicating a driving chamber with the suction unit, and a driving means for changing a discharge capacity according to an internal pressure of the chamber. The cooler circuit has a bypass passage from the discharge unit to a condenser and to the suction unit through a heat exchanger of a downstream of the condenser. The heater circuit has a bypass circuit from the discharge unit to a heat exchanger and the exchanger. The means 185 discharges the fluid from the chamber 110 to the unit 116 separately from the second passage if the chamber becomes a predetermined high pressure state.</p>
