PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge soil and muddy water treating device in laying a buried pipe and its method attaining low-cost work execution and suppression of environmental pollution through the decrease of discharge quantity of excavated surplus soil to be industrial waste to a minimum and the decrease of the applied quantity of a filling material to a mixture by producing a liquid mixture using the excavated surplus soil generated by propelling the buried pipe. SOLUTION: Discharge soil and mud discharged being excavated by an excavating means 1 propelled in the ground are taken out and stored in a storage tank 4. Large gravel, stones, and the like are removed from the discharge soil and muddy water in the storage tank 4 by a first classifying means 5. Finer gravel, pebbles, and the like are removed from the remaining discharge earth and muddy water by a second classifying means 6, stored in a mud tank 7 and force-fed to the excavating means 1 as occasion may demand so as to be recyled as liquid to be material for stabilizing a working face part and excavating a tail void layer (s). |
