PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a lubricant re-supply device to supply sufficient amount of a lubricant to the sliding surfaces between a fixed scroll and a moveable scroll and the sliding surfaces between the moveable scroll and a frame. SOLUTION: A sealed case 4 is separated into a coolant discharge space 6 where the coolant compressed by the scroll is discharged and an external discharge space 7 where the coolant is discharged outside the system. The lower end portion of a frame 30 is provided with a lubricant re-supply device 51 for re-supplying the lubricant 18 reserved in the coolant discharge space 6 to at least the sliding surface between the moveable scroll 2 and the fixed scroll 1, and a coolant re-supply passage 50 for communicating the lubricant re-supply device 51 only with the coolant discharge space 6. This makes it possible to have the lubricant 18 supplied from the lubricant re-supply device 51 to the sliding surfaces between the fixed scroll 1 and the moveable scroll 2 or between the moveable scroll 2 and the frame 30 in a very efficient manner.
