PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the depth dimensions while a movable partition cover is provided between spindles. SOLUTION: A movable partition cover 8 for partitioning a space S1 between spindles 3 facing each other is turnably provided between a partitioned position and a non-partitioned position. A turning-driving means 16 consisting of a cylinder device for turning-driving the movable partition cover 8 is provided. The movable partition cover 8 is provided so that it can move in and out of a slit provided at a bottom cover 10. The turning-driving means 16 is installed below the bottom cover 10.
