PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unlock a cap of a fuel filling pipe of a fuel tank of an automobile only by slightly pushing the cap from the outside, and to lock and seal the cap again in a closely attached condition similarly only by slightly pressing the cap. SOLUTION: An opening part 7 to be sealed of an oil feed pipe 3 is provided with a stepped part, a sleeve 10 is fixed to the inside of a tank cover 5, and a piston 11 provided with a packing 14 to be covered over the opening part 7 is fitted in the sleeve slidably in the axial direction. When the packing is subjected to the pressure in the axial direction, a locking part is expanded outwardly in the radial direction, and fitted in a groove 17 provided in the oil feed pipe, the piston 11 is similar to a key switch to be locked when pushed once, and cleared when pushed again, and when the tank cover 5 is pushed in a condition where the locking part is fitted in the groove 17, the sleeve 10 is relatively moved outwardly to the piston 11 together with the tank cover to detach the locking part from the groove 17. |
