PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rebuild the vicinity of a toilet room in comparatively short time and to reduce cost by detachably providing a partition wall on at least a floor surface of a floor material or a wall surface of a wall material so as to partition a bathroom or washing/dressing room and the toilet room. SOLUTION: When a sanitary room 4 constituted of three rooms in which a bathroom 1, a washing/dressing room 2 and a toilet room 3 are adjacent each other is constituted, a unit bath constituted of a bathtub 6, a washing place 7, a wall panel 8 covering these bathtub 6 and washing place 7 and a ceiling panel is built on a foundation 5 in a constituting part of the bathroom 1 on the foundation 5 after piping is performed before and after enforcement of the foundation 5 of a residence. A unit room which is constituted of a floor panel 9, a wall panel 10 and a ceiling panel and constitutes the washing/dressing room 2 and the toilet room 3 is built. Further, a low tank 11 and a Western toilet stool 12 are mounted in the toilet room 3. Subsequently, a partition wall for toilet 13 is fixed to the floor panel 9, the wall panel 10 and the ceiling panel so as to partition the washing/dressing room 2 and the toilet room 3. |
