<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use an electric precipitator keeping a dust collecting function against outer swinging to contrive saving a space of a flue gas treating device. SOLUTION: Dust collecting electrodes 32 in a wet electric precipitator 20 are fixed and arranged at the upper and lower parts thereof. Discharge electrodes 34 are hung and supported through insulators on the upper surface of a casing 22 at the lower parts thereof, and also the lower parts of the discharge electrodes 34 are connected in the laminated direction and are connected to connecting rods of lower bushing chambers supported by frames provided on the side faces of the casing 22. By insulating and supporting the discharge electrodes at not only the upper parts but also the upper parts thereof, separations between the discharge electrodes 34 and the duct collecting electrodes 32 are kept. Accordingly, even if swinging occurs in the wet electric precipitator 20, the dust collecting electrodes 32 and the discharge electrodes 34 are not short-circuited to keep dust collecting function and to enable operating the precipitator. Therefore, the wet electric precipitator 20 can be assembled with a steel tower to contrive saving a space of a flue gas treating system.</p> |
