PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy both a cost and an operability, to suppress a strength deterioration to a minimum limit even in the state of dipping in water, and to prevent a case collapse or the like by laminating liners and a corrugating material with a composition made of a starch and a synthetic resin adhesive of a specific solid content blending ratio as an adhesive for adhesively laminating them. SOLUTION: In the case of manufacturing a wax-impregnated corrugated fiberboard case, an adhesive composition containing 0 to 95 pts.wt. of a starch, 5 to 100 pts.wt. of a synthetic resin emulsion, or preferably 50 to 95 pts.wt. of the starch and 5 to 50 pts.wt. of the emulsion by a solid content blending ratio is used as a laminating part to liner base sheets. As the starch used here, corn, wheat, potato, sweat potato or the like is used. As the emulsion, an emulsion adhesive of a styrene-butadiene resin copolymer, an acrylic ester copolymer, a butadiene-acrylonitrile copolymer, a styrene-acrylic ester resin copolymer, an ethylene-vinyl acetate resin copolymer or the like is exemplified.
|
