PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the space being occupied by a bell mouth while ensuring the strength of a cabinet and to reduce air supply resistance by forming an R bell part having U-shaped opening opening to the air blow-out direction and an arcuate curl part having arcuate opening opening to the opposite side of grid-like body on the circumferential fringe of the air outlet of a bell mouth. SOLUTION: On the side facing a cabinet, a substantially U-shaped R bell part 5 is formed integrally at the upper and lower half circumferential fringe part of the air outlet 3b of a bell mouth 3. An arcuate curl part 6 having an arcuate opening opening inward is formed integrally on the side face part at the circumferential fringe part of the air outlet 3b, e.g. at a limited space of a component incorporated in an outdoor cabinet, such that smooth gradual variation takes place in the circumferential direction from the R bell part 5 to the curl part 6. According to the structure, air supply performance of an outdoor unit can be enhanced by the R bell part 5 and the space in the arcuate opening can be utilized as a space for installing a part of components incorporated in an outdoor heat exchanger.
