PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a car body structure where the productivity and the reduction of the manufacture cost can be materialized by reducing the manhour in setup and the rear floor can be utilized effectively. SOLUTION: In this car body structure where the hinge of a back rest 5 for a rear seat is attached to the vicinity of the rear wheel apron 2 coupled with a floor panel 1, a bracket 7b for hinge attachment for attaching a hinge is provided, being extended over the floor panel 1 and the rear wheel apron 2 and besides being coupled with the floor panel 1 and the rear wheel apron 2, respectively.
