INSTALLING STRUCTURE OF SENSOR FOR ANTILOCK BRAKE SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obviate removal of a dust cover at replacing time and adjusting time of an ABS sensor by inserting the ABS sensor into a sensor bracket, and installing the sensor bracket and the ABS sensor by penetrating through at least the dust cover of a wheel. SOLUTION: A sensor bracket 2 and an ABS sensor 1 inserted into the sensor bracket 2 are arranged by penetrating through a brake bracket 18 and a dust cover 7. That is, the dust cover 7 is installed so as to cover the inside of a wheel in a state of cutting out a position for arranging the sensor bracket 2. The detecting part on the tip of the ABS sensor 1 arranged in this way is arranged in close vicinity to a pulser ring 6a pressed in the knuckle 3 side end part of the wheel. The pulser ring 6a rotates together with a hub 6 according to rotation of the wheel. A wheel state (a rotating speed) can be detected by reading this rotation by the detecting part of the ABS sensor 1.
