PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide the double-glazing unit exhibiting high fire resistant properties while maintaining conventional resistance to moisture. SOLUTION: Plural sheet glasses 1 and 2 are laminated in such a manner that a spacer 3 is interposed over whole periphery of the sheet glasses so as to form a space in the thickness direction. Further, a seal layer is interposed between the plural sheet glasses 1 and 2 and the spacer 3 so as to form an enclosed space A between the plural sheet glasses 1 and 2. The first sheet glass 1 of the plural sheet glasses, which is present at the outside of the room, is constituted of heat-strengthened glass or the sheet glass having a lower heat- strengthening degree than that of the heat-strengthened glass and the second sheet glass 2, which is preset at the inside of the room, is constituted of the sheet glass having a higher heat-strengthening degree than that of the heat- strengthened glass. |
