PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out stable control by preventing deterioration of responsiveness and occurrence of overshoot, etc., due to a driving state in the case of controlling a variable blade of a turbo supercharger so that supercharging pressure becomes target supercharging pressure. SOLUTION: A device with a turbo supercharger furnished with a variable blade to change an exhaust air flowing area to a turbine and a driving means 26 to drive it is furnished with a manipulated variable computing means 42 to compute a manipulated variable to control the aforementioned driving means 26 so that real supercharging pressure becomes target supercharging pressure and an output means 43 to output control output quantity converted from this manipulated variable by a specified converting function to the aforementioned driving means 26. The aforementioned converting function is set so that a ratio of control output quantity against the aforementioned manipulated variable becomes relatively large when the target supercharging pressure is low and small when the target supercharging pressure is high.
