<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the missing of work or wrong work by incomplete information by collecting and accumulating data in the form where the information related to quality is related to each of casting length, slab or coil, and position of product in each process, and displaying it so as to be easily found by each person in charge of each process. SOLUTION: A data accumulation device 6 accumulates the production data of a process inspecting measuring device 12 such as flaw, dimension or the like of a product in each process and the inspection result to the actual article inputted from input terminals 8, 9, 10 in every product. A quality information transfer device 7 connects the data accumulation device 6 to the input and output terminals 8, 9, 10 set in the working position of each person in charge of production, production management and quality, reads the actual article information of the data accumulation device 6 and transfers the information to the terminals. Namely, in the timing of passing an intended material, the process inspecting measuring device information of the previous step related to the product and the judgment comment or instruction information of each person in charge of production, production management and quality are displayed.</p> |
