PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and easily remove a deposit adhering to a heating tube. SOLUTION: There is provided a deposit removing apparatus including a fluid injecting means having a slender arm 60 which is formed like a tube, is provided with a bent pipe 87, and has a nozzle 30 at the front end thereof. The arm 60 has rigidity, and is inserted from an inspection window 12. Then, the arm approaches deposit on a heating tube, followed by injection of a fluid supplied to the interior of the arm 60, to thereby remove clinker. Further, the arm 60 is provided with a bifurcated tube 31 rotating so as to be inserted from the inspection window 12, and has the plurality of nozzles 30 attached thereto. The fluid injection means is provided with arm regulating means 21, 22, 23 at a location outside the inspection window 12, for vertically and horizontally moving and rotating the arm 60. The bifurcated tube 31 is operated for rotation from the outside of the inspection window 12 by means of a wire 106.
