PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a makeup agent capable of rendering decorative particles easily adhere to a piece of clothing and of easily removing them after put to service. SOLUTION: This makeup agent comprises decorative particles each 50-1,000μm in size such as lame, glitter or synthetic resin film metallized with gold, silver, aluminum or the like and a surfactant nonfluid at <=50 deg.C.
