PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve installing performance at harness assembling time, and to secure high waterproof performance after assembling a harness by integrally arranging the box-shaped cover part and the bellows part, and respectively arranging an inserting port of a controller in the cover part and the opening part for the harness in the bellows part. SOLUTION: This waterproof boot 16 for covering a controller 6 is integrally arranged by the box-shaped cover part 18 for housing the controller 6 and the bellows part 22 for surrounding the connector 20 side of the controller 6, an inserting port 24 of the controller 6 is arranged in the cover part 18, and the opening part 28 for a harness 26 connected to a connector 20 of the controller 6 is arranged in the bellows part 22. Thus, a distance between the controller 6 and the opening part 28 for the harness formed in the bellows part 22 can be freely set, assembling performance is improved by reducing a distance of the bellows part 22 at harness assembling time, and high waterproof performance can be secured by increasing a distance of the bellows part after assembling the harness.
