PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily fix an Obi (a long, broad sash tied about the waist over a Japanese kimono) by moving a hand to the back part so that the wound part may not be deformed before making a drum-shaped part by rolling the Obi. SOLUTION: A spring in installed in the part of 4 of a conventional double metal fitting of a sash fastener to keep both sides of the metal fitting of the sash fastener in an open state, and to facilitate the insertion of a spindle 1 between a Japanese kimono and an Obi. The Obi is fixed more solidly by doubly winding the Obi through the spring 4 and the spring 5.
