PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the quantity of the refuse by fitting a pipe provided with a U-shape opening/closing mechanism on an elastic pipe with a closed outlet to a part of a closing part of a sheet-like liquid pack container to facilitate the arrangement, to prevent the bulkiness, and to miniaturize the container after the use. SOLUTION: When an end pant of an outlet 1 is twisted off to erect an outlet 1, a U-shape opening/closing mechanism 2 pressed by the wall thickness due to the difference between the inside diameter and the outside diameter of a pipe is returned to its original cylindrical shape by the elasticity. A space to which a liquid is introduced is ensured, and the liquid inside can be taken out by sucking the liquid from the outlet 1 or by directly pressing the liquid pack container 3 to squeeze the liquid. If no strong force is applied, the pipe is returned to its original U-shape by the elasticity. The U-shape opening/closing mechanism 2 is pressed to close by the wall thickness of the pipe, and no liquid leaks. The method to close the U-shape opening/closing mechanism 2 includes a method to hold the outside diameter of a straight pipe part by a C-shaped arm to press the pipe, and a method to cover a U-shaped part by a cylinder for the U-shaped thickness part.
