PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform high speed winding in a bobbin holder by arranging an elastic ring having a spring member compressed in the cylinder axial direction of a rotational cylinder and increased in the diameter in the bobbin radius direction in a clearance between a cylindrical bobbin and the rotational cylinder around which the bobbin is fitted. SOLUTION: A bobbin holder 1 clamping two bobbins 23 is provided with a rotational cylinder 2 having a boss part 7 inside, a plurality of (four) elastic rings 3a-3d inserted in the longitudinal direction of the rotational cylinder 2, and cylindrical spacers 4a-4c positioning the elastic rings 3a-3d so that they are mounted in the vicinities of both end parts of the bobbins 23. The bobbin holder 1 is also provided with a front lid 5 pressing the elastic ring 3a in the left end rightward and a pressing mechanism 6 constructed of a plate spring 6a applying rightward pressing force to the front lid 5, a piston 6b, and an O-ring 17. The elastic rings 3a-3d are constructed by mounting rubber members in the upper and lower parts of a spring member.
