PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide locking device storage structure for a motorcycle that can easily store a large-sized theft preventive means. SOLUTION: A rear fender 20 with its upper face formed obliquely upward to the rear is disposed below a rider's seat 17 arranged longitudinally divided in a front seat 17F and a rear seat 17R. A frame cover 19 is disposed at both side parts of the rear fender 20, while storage spaces 21F, 21R are formed at the upper face of the rear fender 20, and openings 22F, 22R of the storage spaces 21F, 21R are closed with the rider's seat 17. In the motorcycle of such constitution, a locking device 25 composed of a locking part 26 bent in nearly U-shape and a bar-like locking part 27 detachably laid between the open ends of the locking part 26 is enclosed in the storage spaces 21F, 21R. The locking part 26 is placed obliquely upward to the rear along the upper face of the rear fender 20, and the front part of the locking part 26 is extended to the lower part of the front seat 17F, while the rear part of the locking part 26 is placed in a state of facing the opening 22R below the rear seat 17R.
