PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out industrial waste treatment for incinerated ashes all as solids by guiding object materials to be treated to a heating chamber, promoting incineration of oils and carbonized matters, further guiding the resultant materials to air cooling chamber, removing incinerated oils and carbonized matters adhering to the object materials, and carrying out oiling treatment for the resultant object materials. SOLUTION: A large number of object materials such as used circular or rectangular and various types of plates or nets for roasting meat are properly hooked on hooking jigs 1 and the jigs 1 are hung on a work hanger. After that, the object materials are guided to a heating chamber 2 and subjected to a heating and burning treatment process for promoting incineration of oils and carbonized matters adhering to the object materials in the heating chamber 2 and then the object materials subjected to the heating treatment are guided to an air cooling chamber 2 and further subjected to cooling treatment process for cooling the materials to a prescribed temperature. Next, the object materials are subjected to a shot blast treatment process by a shot blast apparatus 4 for removing the incinerated oils and carbonized matters adhering to the object materials. Furthermore, an oiling treatment by spraying an oil is carried out.
