PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a canteen with a straw which allows the disassembly of a slide button and tap and the washing of fine parts as well by decreasing the number of parts and simplifying its structure. SOLUTION: A projection 5c is formed on the rear surface of a turning cap 5 and a slope 6b is formed atop the inner side part of the cap 2 of the slide button 6 such that, when the turning cap 5 is closed, the projection 5c formed at the turning cap 5 presses the slope 6b to move the slide button 6 so as to return the slide button to its home position. In such a case, a cylindrical part 9 opened upward is formed under the turning cap 5 of the cap 2 and the tap 8 energized by a spring 16 is freely vertically movably inserted into the cylindrical part 9. Further, the side part of the tap 8 is provided with a projection 8a. This projection 8a is preferably engaged with the front part 6c of the slide button 6 projecting into the cylindrical part 9 to prevent the removal of the tap 8 from the cylindrical part 9 at the time of opening the turning cap 5.
