PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shift operation structure of a working vehicle capable of being embodied in a simple configuration and small size in the whole construction of transmission device and performing a smooth shift operation irrespective of the size of the load. SOLUTION: A shift operation structure of a working vehicle is furnished with a key type shifting mechanism in which a plurality of gears 19 and 20 fitted on a rotary shaft 12 with possibility of relative rotation are rotated in a single piece with the rotary shaft 12 by the operation from keys 21 and 22, wherein the keys 21 and 22 mating with the gears 19 and 20 are embedded in the shaft 12 in such a way as capable of emerging and retracting, and a plurality of fluid passages 12a and 12b are formed whereby one of them 21 and 22 is protruded from the periphery of the shaft 12 with a fluid pressure so that engagement with the mating gears 19 and 20 is established. Thus a hydraulic shifting mechanism is accomplished.
