PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission capable of smoothly performing continuos shift operation of a vehicle such as a bicycle, motorcycle, or automobile. SOLUTION: A coupling pin 11 movable toward the center of a turntable is installed protrusively at the peripheral edge of the turntable and is pivoted in coupling with a gear box 13 behind the turntable through a coupling rod 12, and plate gears 15 and 15' in alternate dislocating are formed on the oversurface and under-surface internal of the gear box 13, and a rotary shaft 14 furnished with flat gears 16 and 16' to mesh with the plate gears 15 and 15' is supported penetratively, and the rotary shaft 14 is arranged rotating in one direction with piston conversion of the gear box 13.
