PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change the length of a swing auger between the length in an expanded state and length in a folded state capable of being stored within the limits of the width of a rotary snow-plow in a snow bank removing device. SOLUTION: A snow bank removing device is constituted of a base side preauger bearing frame 15 bearing a base side preauger 16 in a driving rotatable manner and bearing the basic end by a basic frame 11 of the snow bank removing device thereon in an oscillating controllable manner and a front side preauger bearing frame 25 bearing a front side preauger 26 in a rotatable manner and pivoting the base end thereof by the base side preauger bearing frame 15 thereon in a foldable manner. It is equipped with a front side preauger bearing frame moving device 41 moving between an expanded position capable of rotating the front side preauger bearing frame 25 by interlocking the front side preauger 26 with the base side preauger 16 and a folding position folded together with the front side preauger 26 to the base side preauger bearing frame 15.
