PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a tack label free from such a drawback as to need to make a printing plate for bilaterally inverse mirror image when a pattern-printed layer is to be provided, by bonding an upper substrate and a lower substrate to each other by a specific means. SOLUTION: This tack label is obtained by the following procedure: a part of the reverse face of an upper substrate 1 is laminated with a releasable layer 2, then the whole reverse face, including the releasable layer 2, of the substrate 1, and/or the upper surface of a lower substrate 3 is coated with a resin composition for forming an intermediate layer 4 followed by drying the composition. Subsequently, the reverse face of the upper substrate 1 and the upper surface of the lower substrate 3 are mutually superposed so as to stand against each other to effect thermal pressure bonding and forming the intermediate layer 4, thereby mutually laminating both the substrates 1 and 3. Thereafter, the reverse face of the lower substrate 3 is laminated with a tack agent layer 5 followed by a releasable sheet 6. Alternatively, the reverse face of the lower substrate 3 may be previously laminated with a tack agent layer 5 and then with a releasable sheet 6, followed by bonding the upper substrate 1 to the lower substrate 3 as mentioned above.
