PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fibers and a fiber product each improving the circulation of blood and having an effect for controlling eruption. SOLUTION: The fibers or fiber product are obtained by drawing undrawn fibers, or adhering or not adhering an ordinary fiber-treating agent to the fibers, processing the fibers into a fiber product, and subsequently subjecting the fibers or fiber product to a spraying treatment and/or an immersion treatment so thatα-tocopherol among tocopherol homologues is adhered in an amount of 0.01-0.5 pt.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the fibers.
