PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a container consisting of a multi-layered body, and a method for manufacturing the container, capable of being manufactured within a short period of time (high-speed forming) while maintaining the adhesive property between respective layers at a sufficiently satisfactory level even in laminate forming at a low temperature. SOLUTION: In a container consisting of a multi-layered body, in which at least a resin layer 12 is formed on a substrate 10, the resin layer is constituted of a polyolefin resin composition, containing a polyolefin resin and a compound having intermolecular unsaturated linkages, while the number of the intermolecular unsaturated linkages in the polyolefin resin composition is 0.5 pieces or more per 103 carbons.
