SOLUTION: When a cutting method for a band-shaped sheet S is switched from tangential cutting by a shear cutter 1 to cutting-in-air by a razor cutter between a lower blade shaft 8 of the shear cutter 1 and a roller 5 adjacent to the lower blade shaft 8, a plurality of cylindrical roller members 27 are attached to the lower blade shaft 8 in a state where the lower blade shaft 8 is cantilevered, so that the band-shaped sheet S may travel on a traveling path for the band-shaped sheet S while being wrapped on the outer periphery of the roller members 27 attached to the lower blade shaft 8.
